South Carolina Family Opens Dickey’s Barbecue Pit In Murrells Inlet

(Murrells Inlet, SC) Dickey’s Barbecue Pit will begin serving slow-smoked, Texas-style barbecue at the new Murrells Inlet location this Thursday, October 27. For the next four weeks the new location will feature specials and giveaways, including free barbecue for a year for three lucky guests. To enter to win, guests can either use hashtag #1FreeYearofBBQ on any social media page, order online or sign up for the Big Yellow Cup Club to receive loyalty points and member-only specials. On Thursdays for the next four weeks the new location will offer a special gift to the first 50 guests in the doors. On Fridays, the new store will offer 50 percent off for first responders, and guests will have the opportunity to donate to Barbecue, Boots and Badges, Dickey’s charitable foundation.

Thirsty Thursdays—All guests will receive a free Big Yellow Cup with Dickey’s new reusable travel lid and straw. The first 50 guests in the door for the first four weeks will be given a special gift.

 

Philanthropy Fridays— “You Give, We Give”, guests who donate to Dickey’s charitable foundation, Barbecue, Boots & Badges, will receive a gift card as a thank you for their donation. Uniformed first responders also receive 50 percent off their meal.

 

Singer/Songwriter Saturdays—Enjoy live music from the Brewer Family.

 

Kids Eat Free All Day Every Sunday—With every $10 dine-in purchase per adult you will get one kids meal for free.

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit has been a family business for the past 75 years and Bradley and Nicole Sweeney are proud to be a part of that family tradition.
